The Image Refinery author, assemble and manage the British Travel Awards online presence via three linked websites, their social media content and e-newsletter campaigns to the travel industry and over 220,000 consumers who have voted in previous awards programmes.

The main British Travel Awards website undergoes five re-builds every year, addressing a trade or consumer audience, with content relevant to the awards programme cycle.


The site hosts our proprietary back-end data management programme that handles:

  • Award category registrations
  • Interactive Gala Night table bookings
  • Consumer voting
  • TravelVision survey

The British Travel Awards News Zone is a content management (CMS) based website that we use to publish frequently updated information and posts. It is designed to enable the client to add content without knowledge of html code - using an easy to understand control panel, similar to page formatting in Microsoft Word.


This is a ideal application for companies with who wish to manage their own content and not incurr ongoing support costs.

BTA Connect is the British Travel Awards weekly, online consumer facing round-up of holiday news from past winners, current competing companies and leisure travel magazines.


Assembled on the platform, the system harvests content from stakeholder's social media activity.


We edit for topicality and consumer interest, then e-distribute to the client's subscribed readership every Sunday.
